Looking for personal in person delivery by the creator and engineer? This is the way to go. We will personally delivery your purchase, help you set it up, teach you how to use it, answer any and all questions, and go through the handbook with you to make sure you are ready to go from day 1! If you can secure a model, Dania will even take you through a mini training session with that model. Talk about personal customer service! But that's just us. We want to stand above the rest. (Sadly this is not available outside the USA, as of now, unless there is a mass order for products that can be delivered at once to multiple locations, in which case we will reach out to see if this is something you are wanting.)
In Person Delivery and Training
As this is a service provided, there will be no refunds for this purchase.
This $500 is a base price. You will still be charged shipping charges, as we are still shipping the product, just personally. The $500 then goes towards additional expenses as it is more costly to deliver personal than to send through a shipper, but you are getting the additional time of Q&A, set up and training. Should the expense end up being less, we will refund the difference, but that will depend on mileage. Example: IF your live calculated shipping from our facility to you is $150, and you choose the in person delivery and training $500, the total is $650. However, once we make the delivery, if the expense is only $400 considering mileage, we will refund the $150. If the expense is more, an invoice will be created and paid at time of delivery for the difference.
